Left with no other choice, managers are changing their recruiting strategies. They outsource software development projects. They use a hybrid model in other areas, making use of local and distributed teams. Finally, they rely on staffing firms not just for talent, but for advice on how to look at a workforce holistically.
There are many trends in data and business intelligence, and they are by no means limited to the above. For example, mobile BI is gaining ground while natural language querying (NLQ) shapes the way analytics are produced and accessed.
